Requirements:
Qualifications:
Male – male, aged between 24 to 28 years.
Min STM or D3 (More graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering).
Minimum 1 year experience as a staff position GA (Preferably have experience in dealing with its assets and its buildings, industrial relations and licensing).
Preferred understanding of SMK3, OHSAS, ISO 9001:2008.
Mastering computer programs (Excel, Word, Aces, Visio, Auto cad & Power Point)
Analytical ability, initiative, hardworking and care of company assets.
Having a good relationship with local government institutions.
Ability to work with tight deadlines and willing to work mobile (outdoor).
Willing to placement in the location of Tanjung Priok Port and can join immediately.
Preferred place to live in the area, or Jakarta North Jakarta East and has a personal vehicle (motorcycle).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Implement, manage and record the activities associated with the General Affair (ATK, Vehicle Operations) and Employee Relations.
Organize and maintain with the other divisions (ISO Internal Audit Team & K3) in the application of company policies such as ISO and Management K3.
Good relationships with third parties and government agencies, especially Department of Manpower.
